Information about OrchidsThere are two sources of information that will help any orchid grower, professional or novice: The American Orchid Society provides 3 publications, discounts on books about orchids, and free propagation sheets to its members. Non-members may receive membership information and some services through its website, http://orchidweb.org. Your best source of information on growing Orchids is from the experienced members of a local society near you. Check the names, locations and sites of our member societies on the Affiliated Societies page. Our Mid-American Orchid Congress has several committees that provide information and services for the Congress. Select one of the links above for committee communications.
